Families in far west Omaha have a new choice for pediatric health care and expertise. Children’s Physicians has opened a West Village Pointe office at 175th and Burke Streets.
The West Village Pointe location replaces the former Indian Hills office of Children’s Physicians at 87th & West Dodge Road which closed Friday, March 27th in preparation for the move.
“The doctors and nurses of Children’s Physicians have such a strong relationship with their families and young patients,” said Steven Burnham, president of Children’s Physicians. “We’re excited to offer them a more modern office with larger exam rooms in a space that was designed specifically for medical use.”
The medical staff at West Village Pointe includes four board-certified pediatricians. Kari A. Krenzer, M.D.; Janie F. Mikuls, M.D.; John C. Moore, M.D.; and Laura W. Nielsen, M.D. will provide patients with exceptional care.
The West Village Pointe Children’s Physicians hours are as follows: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, and 8:30 a.m. – noon on Saturday.
The opening of the office marked the beginning of phase one for the new satellite location of Children’s Hospital & Medical Center. Other services located at West Village Pointe include urgent care and rehabilitative services. Other services will be offered in the weeks and months ahead.
